When aunt Silvana told me to try this recipe, I was hesitant. I was super skeptical, but surprisngly found myself in front of a dish of disarming goodness.
I recommend it because this incredibly fast preparation solves lunch in just a few minutes.
Sausage with grapes
- Preparation time: 15 minutes
- Ingredients for 4 servings
- Difficulty: Easy recipe
- Ingredients
- 4 finely ground sausages
- 16 grapes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions
- Cut the sausages in half.
- In a pan with oil and garlic, cook the sausages over a low heat for at least five to six minutes per side.
- Take the grapes, open them to remove the seeds, and remove the skin.
- Eliminate excess fat in the pan and add the grapes. Continue cooking for a few minutes over high heat.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tips to ensure the success of the dish:
- Sausages should be left at room temperature for at least twenty minutes before cooking them.
- You can choose both white and red grapes.
- The recipe can also be made with sausages left whole. In this case, however, before cooking them, the outer casing must be pierced to allow the fat to escape. The cooking time is about double.
