In my super-personal paper cookbook, I don’t have many recipes with broccoli and cauliflower because I have to admit that I don’t particularly like them.
This recipe, adapted from one by Marta Stewart, is one of the very few ways I can eat these healthy vegetables.

  • 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika

  1. Instructions
  2. Wash the cauliflower well. Dry it and cut it into slices ½ inch thick.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the spices with the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Distribute the cauliflower slices on a baking tray covered with baking paper and season them with the spiced oil.
