Crispy Egg-White Cookies

- 250g of granulated sugar
- 60 g of all-purpose flour
- 2 egg whites
- 75 g of hazelnuts with skin
- 75 g of almonds with skin

- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Coarsely chop the dried fruit.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar. Add the egg whites and dried fruit.
- Using a teaspoon, shape the biscuits by placing them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake in the oven for about ten minutes.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool before removing them from the baking paper. In fact, once the biscuits come out of the oven, they will still be soft and tend to break easily. Only when cold will they become crunchy.
Tips to ensure the success of the dish:
