Salad with almonds and peach

  • Field salad
  • 1 white peach
  • almonds to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Instructions
  2. Wash the salad.
  3. Wash the peach, peel it and cut it into thin wedges.
  4. In a bowl with a whisk make citronette by emulsifying the lemon juice, oil and salt.
  5. In a baking dish arrange the salad, peach segments and almonds and dress everything with the citronette.
