Salad with almonds and peach

- Field salad
- 1 white peach
- almonds to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Instructions
- Wash the salad.
- Wash the peach, peel it and cut it into thin wedges.
- In a bowl with a whisk make citronette by emulsifying the lemon juice, oil and salt.
- In a baking dish arrange the salad, peach segments and almonds and dress everything with the citronette.
